The on-site consultation is the fastest and easiest way of putting your practice on the road of your intention. While in the office, we will review your practice management systems, create a good relationship with your lead manager and help her to kick off a newer, better way of team management. All LA programs are designed work together to maximize earning potential while ensuring your patients get the very best experience and care possible from you and your team.
- LA will facilitate the Prevention Program for you! You can expect an immediate jump in revenue! patient care protocols such as dry eye, the AMD and Glaucoma standards of care and professional CL and eyewear dispensing will also be facilitated.
- Your practice as well as your community already has an established Community DNA. LA will research to identify what that DNA is to maximize patient care communication, marketing efforts and proper practice “branding”.
- We will take time to observe and critique patient communication with scripts most fitting for the DNA of your practice.

iCoachVision 2011
LA Consultants has been dedicated to slowing the progression of blinding eye diseases through proper patient education and treatment protocols since 2003. We are pleased to see how Optometrists' focus and involvement with AMD has resulted in a new standard of care that could help safeguard the patients' quality of life.
To help ensure the AMD standard of care is adopted quickly by our profession, LA Consultants will provide access to the iCoach resource center in 2011 at no charge.
The iCoach Resource Center on this site is available for your use. Here you will find a library full of videos, webinars, leadership guidance, forms, documents and research. The iCoach Vision consists of a business plan, employee programs, budget, COG management and of course Standard of Care Protocols to ensure that 2011 is a win-win-win for everyone! iCoach is Your tool for properly coaching your team to success!
Once you enroll in the iCoach 2011 Vision you will be instructed on a weekly basis as to what you should expect from your office manager. She will recieve separate emailed instructions from iCoach delegating tasks assignments which coincide with the iCoach business plan.
